Privacy notice
Short, because we collect very little.
Last updated: July 2026 · Applies to this website and the pilot waitlist
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us, the city if you chose to share one, and the date you signed up. That is the complete list. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use your email for one purpose: contacting you about the ParkPack pilot, such as when the app becomes available in your area. The legal basis under the GDPR is your consent (Article 6.1a), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
Where it lives and who can see it
Waitlist entries are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting and infrastructure provider, which acts as a data processor. We do not sell, share, or hand your address to anyone else, and we send no newsletters.
How long we keep it
Until the pilot phase ends or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. When the waitlist has served its purpose, it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we have stored about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hej@fredskvist.com and it is done — usually the same day, since there is one person on the other end. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Who is responsible
The data controller is the maker of ParkPack, based in Älvängen, Sweden. Reach us anytime at hej@fredskvist.com.
When the app launches
The ParkPack app will handle location and dog-profile data, and will ship with its own, more detailed privacy notice inside the app before anything is collected. The short version of our approach: presence data expires within hours, movement history is never stored, and avoid lists are never visible to anyone.
